Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Konstantinovka is now fully under Russian control and that Moscow welcomes Zelenskiy’s stated willingness to come to Russia. Peskov added that if Zelenskiy is prepared to make a "major and responsible decision," he may travel to Moscow, noting Russia’s capital is Moscow rather than Konstantinovka.
