US nonfarm payrolls came in below expectations, prompting traders to pare Fed hike bets and lift US Treasuries. The 2-year yield fell 6bp to 4.11% and the 10-year fell 2bp to 4.46%. Fed funds swaps imply roughly a 20% chance of a rate hike at the Fed's meeting later this month, down from about 33% before the data. Markets now price fewer than two 25bp hikes through March 2027.

From July 1 China’s national elderly-care consumption subsidy is available on JD.com, with the first e-commerce redemption executed in Beijing. The Ministry of Civil Affairs and Ministry of Finance will subsidize services for moderately disabled and more severely disabled elderly across home care, institutional care, respite and day-care; the JD rollout covers home-care services. Eligible seniors on the JD app receive a 50% reduction on purchases of high-frequency in-home services — assisted bathing, domestic help, hospital escort, rehab/physiotherapy and short-term care — with a maximum subsidy of 800 yuan per person per month.
