Vessels carrying the cargo left the Gulf in late June and are en route to buyers in Asia, Europe and the US, implying roughly 1.4 mln bpd over the period; Bloomberg says all cargoes loaded and temporarily held in the Gulf since late February have now departed for final destinations.
