On technology, Xi said both countries are major AI powers that can compete and cooperate, called for continued AI dialogue on risks and benefits, and urged joint efforts to prevent AI misuse. On the Middle East, Xi said China supports the US and Iran returning to the Islamabad memorandum and urged both sides to resume dialogue and negotiations toward a comprehensive agreement, including nuclear issues, to restore peace.
