Two industry sources said the Perm refinery has stopped operations after a Ukrainian drone attack on Friday that sparked a fire and damaged pipelines, storage tanks and processing units. The plant, about 1,460 km northeast of Moscow, processed roughly 12.6 mln tonnes of crude in 2024 (about 252,000 b/d) and produced ~2.0 mln t gasoline, 5.3 mln t diesel, 0.2 mln t fuel oil and 0.7 mln t petroleum coke.
