Thailand's Board of Investment says it plans to create 230,000 jobs by 2050 through semiconductor investment.

Goldman Sachs Asset Management said it still does not expect the Federal Reserve to enter a sustained rate-hiking cycle, citing tariff- and energy-driven price pressures that may fade, little sign of economic overheating, and anchored inflation expectations. The Fed's dot plot from last week's meeting shows one more hike this year. LSEG money-market pricing implies 37bp of tightening across the Fed's two remaining meetings this year.
