Puran Co. told investors its VCM driver business has begun mass shipments of multiple open-loop voice-coil motor (VCM) driver chips to several branded smartphone customers, materially lifting market share. Its second-generation discrete OIS chip and a new OIS for main/telephoto and periscope lenses are in high-volume production. The company also introduced its first closed-loop driver chip to meet large-stroke applications, targeting high-end use cases such as foldable screens and periscope cameras.

The National Sports Administration issued a notice releasing sports-technology innovation needs and soliciting solutions, targeting core pain points for high-quality development. The program concentrates on three priority areas—sports digitalization, high-tech sports goods and smart venues—and defines 14 technical directions and 46 specific innovation needs, including intelligent training and Data Talk; competition officiating and fairness assurance; high-tech sports equipment; smart fitness devices; wearables; digital twin and smart management; and green energy-saving and innovative construction.
