Sept 23, 2026 — At the Aerospace Information and Satellite Internet Innovation Development Conference in Xiong'an, the China Air‑Space Information and Satellite Internet Innovation Alliance announced ten technology advances: phased progress in China's satellite‑internet system; reusable rockets achieving successful sea and land recovery; BeiDou navigation upgrades to strengthen civilian service assurance; breakthroughs in large‑capacity inter‑satellite 100G laser links and Tbps‑class integrated laser routing; autonomous operations and control for large‑scale satellite‑internet constellations; high‑/low‑orbit integrated terminals providing high‑reliability service assurance; space‑ground cooperative remote sensing and on‑orbit intelligent processing; first on‑orbit validation of an integrated collection‑and‑transmission hyperspectral remote‑sensing system delivering millisecond‑level sensing and minute‑level return; scaled application of 5G+BeiDou precise spatio‑temporal infrastructure; and an established end‑to‑end consistency testing system for integrated space‑ground satellite‑internet terminals.
