OECD said energy prices have risen again as production and export disruptions
from Gulf economies intensified. Elevated refining margins from production
bottlenecks are adding to consumer inflation and corporate costs, and several
agricultural commodity prices have risen sharply in recent months, partly due to
extreme-weather supply disruptions.
