Wuhan said it will intensify investment attraction under the Wutongshu Plan, targeting core IC development directions to recruit upstream and downstream suppliers. The city will strengthen innovation resources and back universities and tech firms to tackle frontier technologies, leveraging the National Advanced Storage Industry Innovation Center, Jiufengshan Laboratory and Jiangcheng Laboratory to accelerate local commercialization and industrialization of research outcomes.
