President Trump said when he took office last year he offered Iran comprehensive economic cooperation in exchange for ending its nuclear program, but Iran refused.

On Sept. 21, Shanghai’s municipal cyberspace office, together with the Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau and the Shanghai Stock Exchange, held the first multi-party forum on special online information governance for leading industries. The office said it will create more communication channels aligned with Shanghai’s leading-industry layout and intensify network governance focused on industry needs, lawfully handling illegal information, individual content creators and MCN entities to support high-quality development of integrated circuits, artificial intelligence and biopharmaceuticals.

European Commission vice-president Šefčovič said the trade agreement provides stronger, more diversified supply chains.
