Novo Nordisk said it is open to upgrading its U.S. listing — potentially replacing its American depositary receipts with a direct New York listing — as the Danish maker of weight‑loss drugs seeks greater U.S. visibility. Asked whether the company would consider listing shares directly on the NYSE instead of ADRs, the CEO said he saw advantages and would not rule it out but added the company is not currently studying the option. He noted rival AstraZeneca made a similar move earlier this year.
