Ukrainian President Zelenskiy made a landmark first visit to Serbia on Saturday. President Vucic, long an ally of Putin, has seen ties with Moscow sour since Russia's 2022 invasion; Belgrade has not joined Western sanctions but has condemned the war and curtailed Russian economic influence. Moscow has accused Serbia of betraying Russia and of aiding Ukrainian forces.

Pentagon Deputy Director for the Defense Innovation Unit Jared Conley said the U.S. military has sufficient ammunition to meet operational needs in a conflict with Iran, saying “we have enough ammunition to complete current missions” and that “the Defense Department has all necessary resources to wage war.” He addressed earlier reports that key air-defence munitions, including ballistic missile interceptors, had been drawn down.
