and missile-related facilities, with new activity at multiple sites in late
June–early July. Images indicate repair and reconstruction at a facility called
Taleghan‑2 at the Parchin military base — which some experts link to storage of
nuclear explosive material — including restoration of craters from prior
U.S./Israeli strikes. Imagery of a suspected underground site named Gaoshan
shows vehicle movement into tunnels during the period the U.S.-Iran memorandum
of understanding signed June 17 was in effect, raising questions whether Iran
breached the late‑June MoU; the activity predates U.S. President Trump’s
decision to terminate the MoU and order new strikes.
