At a July 10 Foreign Ministry briefing, CHINA rejected international media claims that Chinese manufacturing is crowding out Global South industrialization. The ministry said Beijing shares development experience, supports Global South countries through infrastructure investment and technology cooperation, expands market access to boost their exports to China, and supplies affordable green products to help industrial upgrading and improve resource allocation.
