China's Ministry of Finance will issue the 2026 fifth and sixth electronic savings bonds. Both are fixed-rate, fixed-term issues: a 3-year bond with a 1.63% coupon, maximum issuance 27 bln yuan; and a 5-year bond with a 1.70% coupon, maximum issuance 33 bln yuan. Subscription runs Jul 10-19, 2026; interest accrues from Jul 10, 2026 and is paid annually each Jul 10. Principal and final coupon are due on Jul 10, 2029 (3-year) and Jul 10, 2031 (5-year).
