China June CPI +1.0% YoY, down 0.2ppt from May, NBS urban office chief
statistician Dong Lijuan said. Industrial consumer-goods prices rose 2.9% YoY,
1.0ppt slower as international imported factors weighed; industrial consumer
goods contributed about 0.90ppt to CPI YoY, a reduction of ~0.28ppt versus May.
Within industrial goods, gold jewelry and gasoline decelerated to +28.1% and
+17.0%, together adding ~0.60ppt to CPI YoY (down ~0.23ppt). Personal-care
products and household appliances rose 2.3% and 2.2% YoY, both slower. Services
inflation held at +0.8% YoY, contributing roughly 0.40ppt to CPI.
