Trump said U.S. forces sank 28 Iranian vessels overnight and may hit more, and
that further attacks remain possible. He warned Washington has not yet used its
highest-level strikes but could escalate to destroy critical Iranian
infrastructure, including power and water systems, and could seize Kharg Island.
He said a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz limited to Iran is a possible option.
Trump added Iran used Khamenei’s funeral to launch attacks and that U.S. forces
could have killed Iranian leaders then.
