China commissioned its largest lifting-capacity fully revolving semi-submersible crane vessel, Sihang Yongsheng, in Jiangmen, Guangdong on July 8. Operating in a full-rotation mode that allows 360-degree crane work while anchored, the vessel can lift ultra-large, overweight components including offshore wind jacket foundations, large steel structures and heavy bridge segments. Built for complex marine engineering, it is intended to address industry constraints such as difficult installation, low lift efficiency and operational limitations.

Zhangxue Motor signed a cooperation agreement with Zhongji Zhonglian Engineering Co., Ltd., which will design the facility. Zhangxue will build a motorcycle R&D and production base in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area with annual capacity of 500,000 motorcycles, combining scaled mass production, smart manufacturing and a premium brand showcase; production processes will be designed to accommodate product iteration over the next decade.
