Israel Defense Forces says it will conduct military exercises on the Golan Heights tomorrow.

The IOC said on July 7 the 2030 Winter Olympics in the French Alps will host about 3,046 athletes — 1,525 women and 1,521 men. The Games will include 126 events: 56 women's, 55 men's and 15 mixed. Alpine freeride and nine-person synchronized figure skating (synchro9) will debut. The IOC executive board confirmed retention of snowboard parallel giant slalom and non-retention of Nordic combined. The Games are scheduled Feb. 1-17, 2030, the fourth Winter Olympics held in France after Chamonix 1924, Grenoble 1968 and Albertville 1992.

Hong Kong securities regulator said Mainland China and Hong Kong will jointly build a new electronic trading platform to facilitate bond and FX trading in Hong Kong; a measure allowing southbound bonds to be used as collateral will take effect before year-end.
