ASM International, Europe’s second-largest semiconductor equipment maker, said it will nominate Chris Figee as its next chief financial officer, with the appointment to be submitted for shareholder approval at a special meeting expected in March 2027. Figee, currently CFO and management board member at Dutch telecom KPN, will join ASM on Dec. 1. He will succeed Paul Verhagen, who had planned to retire at the end of his current term.
