Shenzhen's Guangming District has sold two industrial plots. Parcel A609-0275 in Yutang subdistrict was purchased by Shenzhen Zhuhe Technology for 141.2 mln yuan. The plot area is 83,590.87 sqm with a permitted total floor area of 376,158 sqm, zoned for general industrial use and designated for a 3D-printing intelligent manufacturing headquarters base. Shenzhen Zhuhe is a 100% owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Tuozhu Technology, created to advance the Guangming manufacturing base project.
