From July 4, the immersive cultural-tourism train Jinlv Shiguang will operate a new Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei route, adding Guangyang station (Langfang, Hebei) and Tanggu station (Tianjin Binhai New Area) to the existing Beijing–Tianjin service. The weekend-and-holiday service is jointly run by Tianjin Tourism (Holding) Group and China Railway Beijing Group and is presented as part of efforts to advance Jing-Jin-Ji coordinated development and deepen transport–tourism integration.

Russia and Ukraine each launched large-scale strikes overnight from the evening of the 3rd to the early hours of the 4th, both sides said. Russia said its forces had taken control of four populated localities in Kharkiv region. The Russian Defence Ministry said on the 4th that in the past 24 hours Russian strikes targeted Ukrainian fuel, energy and transport infrastructure in 142 locations, plus facilities producing and storing long-range UAVs, and temporary deployments of Ukrainian forces and foreign mercenaries. The ministry added that Russian air defences destroyed 10 "Flamingo" cruise missiles, nine HIMARS rockets, 16 guided aerial bombs and 893 fixed-wing drones.

SemiAnalysis says memory (DRAM, NAND and HBM) share of hyperscale data-center capex in NVIDIA systems could exceed 30% by end-2026 and top 40% in 2027. The note follows debate after Micron results; some market participants pointed out memory is typically only low‑teens pct of a server BOM and questioned such high capex share. SemiAnalysis responded in May after prices rose faster than expected and expects the market to better appreciate the trend in coming months.
