Bulgaria Prime Minister Radev said on the 3rd in parliament that Sofia will
express reservations to the EU's 21st package of sanctions on Russia, framing
the move as protecting national interests and saying Bulgaria will not allow the
sanctions to harm its economy. He added Bulgaria does not intend to end security
cooperation with Ukraine and the government supports Ukraine's postwar
reconstruction, but he will not back measures or statements that he says do not
help resolve the conflict or could escalate it.
