Four departments issued a joint notice to continue unemployment-insurance
support for firms that maintain or only minimally reduce headcount, and to
encourage youth hiring and skills training. Through end-2026, localities will
keep implementing a job-stabilisation refund: SMEs and micro firms may receive
refunds of up to 60% of the unemployment insurance contributions actually paid
last year by the enterprise and its employees; large enterprises may receive
refunds of up to 30%. Social organisations, law firms, accounting firms and sole
proprietors insured as units are eligible under the same arrangements.
