He said authorities must consolidate education on correct performance metrics, prioritize H2 key financial tasks, raise urgency and accountability, continue financial risk prevention and resolution, strengthen supervision, and deploy finance fully to support high-quality economic and social development to help meet annual targets and secure a strong start to the 15th Five-Year Plan.
