Swiss National Bank says Middle East conflict, international trade tensions and related geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainty pose challenges.

Tencent Cloud said its CNB unit will remove free quotas for Cloud Native Build-GPU and Cloud Native Development-GPU effective Aug 1, 2026. GPU resources will remain available on a pay-as-you-go basis with unit prices and other billing items unchanged. Organizations with a bound Tencent Cloud budget will no longer receive GPU free quotas; all GPU usage will be charged against their budget at standard rates. Organizations without a bound budget must bind a budget in Organization Settings > Usage Management to enable GPU-related features.
