Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a government order on June 30 to temporarily suspend, from July 1, passage of people, vehicles, goods and cargo at a series of border crossings with Latvia, Finland and Estonia. The foreign ministry will notify the three governments on July 1. The order did not state a reason for the closures.
