China Securities Association (CSA) has revised and formally issued the Special
Evaluation Measures for Securities Firms on the financial "five major areas,"
removing the previous trial designation. Major changes: adds a household
wealth-management indicator and sharpens the household pension metric; expands
bond-financing statistics to include asset-backed securities (ABS) and widens
equity-financing metrics to cover domestic tech companies' overseas listings and
fundraising; widens quantitative ranking bands from top 50 to top 60 and changes
scoring for business-resource continuity from a composite growth rate to a
targeted growth rate; deletes several lower-value evaluation indicators. The
revisions are intended to broaden service coverage and refine incentive/scoring
metrics.
