She said a NATO tender issued mid‑month for €250,000 (about 1.93 mln yuan) explicitly sought solutions to “keep airports disabled,” prioritising unmanned systems able to operate in environments with signal jamming and electronic warfare and to strike runways, fuel storage and ground-support facilities. Zakharova said the contract showed NATO was accelerating Ukraine’s integration into its command structure and defense-industrial base and treating Ukraine as a testbed for emerging military technologies.
