China Academy of Sciences’ Institute for Small Satellite Innovation released a second batch of in-orbit test results for the Light Boat experimental spacecraft on June 29. The vehicle launched on March 30, 2026; the first batch of results was published April 15. The new results cover precision space measurement, cost-reduction and efficiency measures for space operations, concepts for future space hospitals and space biological cultivation, and are presented as technical support for deployment of new space technologies, safe and efficient space-station operations, and space resource utilization.

Elon Musk said on X on Sunday that SpaceX’s latest large language model, Grok 4.5, has entered internal beta testing at SpaceX and Tesla ahead of broader rollout. He said SpaceX plans to release a new AI model each month for the remainder of the year, with each model trained entirely from scratch rather than as incremental updates.
