The world's first and largest single-turbine tension-leg floating wind platform, "Haiyou Anlan" (16 MW), completed integrated assembly at Zhuhai Gaolan Port and departed yesterday under escort by Zhuhai maritime authorities for the Lufeng oilfield cluster waters off eastern Guangdong. The platform is over 307 m tall and weighs nearly 8,000 tonnes; its departure marks China’s deepwater floating-wind technology moving from demonstration toward scale and commercial deployment.

President Zelenskiy said on the 28th Ukrainian forces conducted long-range strikes in the early hours against two refineries inside Russia. He said the Slavyansky refinery in Krasnodar Krai, about 300 km from the front, was hit, and a refinery in Yaroslavl Oblast that was previously attacked in May was also struck. Zelenskiy said operations will continue to “degrade Russia’s ability to wage war” and reposted footage showing large fires and heavy smoke at both sites.
