As of the 23:00 close, China’s onshore futures main contracts were mixed. Synthetic rubber fell more than 2%; fuel oil, 20# rubber and PVC dropped over 1%; styrene (EB), soda ash and low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) declined about 1%. On the upside, coke and coking coal rose more than 1%; starch, rapeseed meal and Soybean No.2 gained roughly 1%.

Lianxin Testing (Jiangsu) Co. said on June 26 that circulated screenshots purporting to show formamide detected in diapers are invalid. The company said no formal report has been issued; an official report would bear a cross-page seal. Testing is ongoing, any cited findings are not official, and Lianxin said it will pursue legal action against malicious dissemination that harms the company’s reputation.

Tech selling resumed as investors dumped AI-related names, dragging European semiconductor shares down alongside Asian peers. Micron Technology’s strong after-hours results and upbeat outlook on Wednesday failed to revive the AI trade on Thursday. On Friday SK Hynix fell 8.4% and TSMC dropped 2.1%; in Europe ASML slipped 0.9%, ASM International slid 3.3%, Infineon fell 2.9% and STMicroelectronics lost 2.5%. E-mini Nasdaq 100 futures were down 0.8%.
