Iron ore prices fell for a seventh consecutive week, recording the largest single-week drop since 2022. Tokyo's Nikkei 225 closed Friday down 3,005.46 points (-4.15%) at 69,360.88. South Korea's KOSPI fell 519.10 points (-5.81%) to 8,411.20, after an intraday plunge of nearly 9%. SK Hynix dropped over 8%; Samsung Electronics fell more than 5%.
