At Wuliangye’s 2025 shareholders’ meeting, chairman Deng Min said the baijiu
sector is in a deep adjustment and requires rational assessment, but two
constants remain: first, baijiu consumption fundamentals and intrinsic value are
unchanged, so advantaged regions, firms and brands face greater structural
opportunities than challenges; second, Wuliangye’s long-term value-growth
foundation is intact — as an industry leader the company has strong operating
resilience, controllable risk and is positioned to traverse the current cycle
earlier and faster. Management expressed continued confidence in Wuliangye’s
development.
