MOFCOM and eight other ministries and agencies issued measures to boost the auto
aftermarket, backing local authorities to optimize RV road-access management and
simplify campground land-approval procedures. The notice urges construction of
high-standard, multi-function RV parks along scenic routes and near city suburbs
and calls for upgraded support services including repair and supply, water and
power, emergency medical/rescue, dining and lodging; it also directs improved
campground signage and publication of curated RV travel routes. Where feasible,
new or renovated public parking facilities may designate dedicated parking
spaces for motorhomes and towable trailers and strengthen management to better
meet RV parking demand.
