Market sources: Iran's chief negotiator Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf will hold talks on strengthening bilateral cooperation and on arrangements to jointly stabilize the Iran-managed Strait of Hormuz.

CNN reported Monday that Iran said it will "continue to cooperate under existing procedures" with the UN nuclear watchdog, rejecting US assertions that Tehran had agreed to let IAEA inspectors return. IRNA quoted foreign ministry spokesman BAGHAEI saying Iran's engagement with the IAEA will proceed "under Iran's obligations under the safeguards agreement" and "in line with resolutions passed by parliament and decisions of the Supreme National Security Council." Earlier, Vice President Vance told a Swiss press conference that Iran had agreed to IAEA inspector entry.

Israel and Lebanon will hold talks this week to discuss transferring control of relevant areas to the Lebanese army.
