It also orders improvements to the online business environment—setting up an enterprise-related online-infringement reporting linkage mechanism, streamlining handling procedures, publishing guidance for online reporting channels, and protecting foreign firms' legal rights online.

Iranian media on the 22nd reported foreign ministry spokesman Baghaei said Iran and the U.S. discussed oil sales licenses and the unfreezing of Iranian assets and had made good progress.
