Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba said on social media on June 19 that two civilian vessels flying foreign flags in the Black Sea were struck by Russian military drones, leaving one dead and five wounded. Kuleba said a Panama-flagged vessel had one crew member killed and two wounded, one seriously; a St Kitts and Nevis-flagged vessel had three crew lightly injured. He did not specify the time of the strikes.
