SpaceX plans to publish its IPO prospectus in late May and launch a roadshow the
week of June 8, according to sources. The company will brief about 125 analysts
ahead of the roadshow and host 1,500 retail investors on June 11. Retail
allocation is expected to be unusually large, with shares offered across the UK,
EU, Australia, Canada, Japan and Korea. CFO Bret Johnsen said retail
participation will be a critical and historically significant component.
