SCHMID: HIGHER ENERGY PRICES WILL INCREASE INFLATION, INCLUDING CORE INFLATION

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards said they will target 18 U.S. companies operating in the region starting April 1 in response to attacks on Iran, according to state media. Firms named include Microsoft, Google, Apple, Intel, IBM, Tesla and Boeing. The statement said their regional units should expect destruction “in exchange for each terror act in Iran,” beginning at 8 p.m. Tehran time on April 1.
