of its authority over the Strait of Hormuz and demands guaranteed compensation
for war damages and costs, along with firm assurances to prevent future
conflict; it emphasized that its defensive operations will continue until these
conditions are met, with the first requirement being a halt to attacks and
assassinations, adding that Tehran has conveyed through regional intermediaries
its intent to keep defending itself and will decide independently when to end
the war.
