DBS Group Research said Zijin Mining’s 1Q earnings could continue growing as sales volumes and average selling prices rise, potentially delivering another quarter of record operating results. While precious metal price volatility may pressure near-term shares, the company’s buyback program could provide support. DBS keeps its 2026 gold and copper price forecasts at $4,800 per ounce and $11,000 per ton, respectively, and maintains a buy rating with Hong Kong and Shanghai targets of HK$55.00 and 51.00 yuan.
