沙特民防部门发布警报，称吉赞市可能存在危险。

The Sichuan Development and Reform Commission issued measures to promote high‑quality private investment, explicitly supporting private capital in mineral resource development. The measures endorse private firms’ participation in development and utilization of provincial strategic minerals — lithium, phosphate, vanadium‑titanium magnetite and potash — and support market‑based, law‑compliant acquisition of mining rights. The document encourages private–state cooperation in market bidding for mining rights and permits equity transfers and cross‑shareholdings to deepen upstream/downstream integration. Private firms are also encouraged to lawfully undertake strategic mineral geological surveys and may receive rewards if survey results lead to successful transfers, in line with regulations.
