Threat letters said a device would detonate "within 45 minutes" and the sender claimed to be one of the organisers of this week’s bomb threats to European flights. European security agencies have not confirmed a link between the flight and media threats; national officials and aviation authorities reported ongoing investigations and tightened security measures.
