He said the Palestinian side welcomes U.S. President Trump’s 20-point plan to end the Gaza conflict, accepts UN Security Council Resolution 2803 and a second-phase Gaza ceasefire roadmap, but lamented that none of these measures has been implemented. Abbas said Palestinians need a substantive process to end the illegal occupation and secure freedom and self-determination.
