Hong Kong stocks closed lower after a weak open; HSI fell 1.01% and the Hang
Seng Tech Index fell 1.13%. Large-cap internet and tech names were broadly
weaker: NetEase-S (09999.HK) down >3%, Xiaomi (01810.HK) down ~2.6%, JD
(09618.HK) down 1.8%, Alibaba (09988.HK) down ~1.5%. AI hardware and robotics
stocks mostly fell — SenseTime (00020.HK) down >3%, Horizon Robotics (09660.HK)
down 2.6%. Chinese property names lagged: Country Garden down ~3.8%, Vanke
(02202.HK) down ~4%.
