US natural gas futures rose over 3.00% intraday to $3.251/MMBtu.

At the open, China's main commodity futures contracts were mixed. Shanghai crude (SC) rose over 4%; synthetic rubber, fuel oil and low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) gained more than 3%; styrene (EB) climbed nearly 3%; benzene, 20# rubber and bottle-grade PET chip were up over 2%. On the downside, platinum fell nearly 3%; Shanghai silver and palladium dropped over 2%; lithium carbonate, polysilicon, stainless steel (SS), coking coal and eggs were down more than 1%.
