US EIA crude stocks for the week ended Sep 18 rose 2.969 mln barrels versus an expected draw of 0.641 mln; the prior week showed a draw of 0.64 mln barrels.

Sept. 23 — Zhang Xue Locomotive said it has identified false recruitment information circulating via unofficial channels. The company said only certain key R&D positions are handled by retained headhunters, who will not charge applicants; all other roles are filled by the company directly. Zhang Xue said it has not authorized any third party or individual to recruit on its behalf under labels such as 'labor dispatch', 'internal referral' or 'paid referral'. Any requests for applicants' sensitive personal information or payment are not official.

Southbound flows net bought CNY 3.449 bln today. Via Shanghai Stock Connect, Zhipu and Alibaba-W were the largest net buys at HKD 936 mln and HKD 923 mln; Kingboard Laminates led net selling at HKD 1.486 bln. Via Shenzhen Stock Connect, Tencent Holdings and the Tracker Fund of Hong Kong (TraHK) had net inflows of HKD 1.669 bln and HKD 600 mln; Zhipu was the top net seller at HKD 1.237 bln.
