China's oil futures main contract rallied short-term: SC crude up 5.16% at 731 yuan/barrel. Low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) intraday gain narrowed to 3.00% at 5,525 yuan/ton. Fuel oil gain widened to 3.26% at 4,250 yuan/ton. Asphalt intraday loss narrowed to 0.22% at 4,978 yuan/ton.

A US Air Force F-16 crashed this afternoon at Spangdahlem Air Base in western Germany, injuring one person, broadcaster SWR reported. Sources said the jet went down during a training flight and the pilot ejected before impact. Spangdahlem, in Rhineland-Palatinate, hosts a USAF F-16 squadron.

Iran's General Staff and Khatam al-Anbia Central Command said the US president's hostile remarks and repeated threats from the UN podium serve US domestic political propaganda, defend aggression and create global insecurity and "piracy". They said the comments are not grounded in battlefield reality and, amid what they described as US military exhaustion, raising baseless accusations and threats does not signal strength but "reflects a strategic dilemma". The statement added the president's rhetoric will not change the balance of power or compensate for US decline in the new world order or its failures against Iran and the Axis of Resistance.
